UNKNWN MELBOURNE offers standard shipping via Australia Post on all orders  within Australia. Delivery times quoted from when your order leaves our warehouse. Orders can take up to 3 business days to dispatch from order date.

 

EXPRESS SHIPPING 

We also offer express delivery service which ships next day  to metro areas from the day your order is dispatched from our warehouse. We charge a fee of $15.00 for express shipping on every order, regardless of order value. We do our best to get these orders out as quickly as possible. All express orders in Australia are shipped via Australia post express shipping service.

RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is our first priority at UNKNWN MELBOURNE .

If an item isn't quite right for you, it can be returned for a store credit (with no expiry date) or an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

In the unfortunate event that you receive a faulty item (manufacturing fault) upon receipt, we will gladly exchange the item or process a refund to your original payment method.

All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 30 days. Items must be returned with their original packaging (tags attached) and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.

Please note: if items are not returned in the same condition they were sent out, there will be a 20% reduction in store credit as a handling fee. Eg, If your returns are covered in dog/human hair, make-up stains etc.

Also. Tracking details of your return package are recommended, as UNKNWN MELBOURNE will not be held responsible for any theft, damage or loss and your return request will be declined. Therefore, please send in your tracking details once received.

PROCESSING YOUR RETURNS

We will ensure that returns are processed within 7 to 10 business days of receiving your return. This processing is inclusive of inspection of the return item to ensure that it meets all the conditions of THE UNKNWN MELBOURNE RETURN POLICY. In case any returns require additional communication with purchaser as some items do not meet our conditions, additional processing time on these items shall apply.

The returned package must arrive at UNKNWN MELBOURNE within 7 days of receiving communication from us confirming that the incorrect item/s have been sent to you.
